12月19日,广东的罗先生夫妇驾车到桂林一高速收费站,因车未办ETC上不了高速。当他们跟收费员沟通时,该收费员却称,让罗先生出不了桂林。这是怎么回事?
没办ETC不能上高速
19日傍晚6时16分,罗先生开车进入桂林绕城高速七星收费站人工车道,系统无法识别他的车辆,取不了卡。
收费员陆某予告诉他,因车子没办ETC上不了高速,并称现场办理就能上高速。

罗先生解释,车子不是他的,想办也办不了,并质疑这个收费站为何不保留一条人工通道?
陆某予称现在全国联调,没有办理ETC就去走其他道路,这边走不了。
男收费员态度恶劣
这时,罗先生妻子前来跟陆某予交涉。她说自己是孕妇,希望陆某予讲话客气一点。
陆某予听后竟说:“孕妇很厉害啊?我也是(孕妇)。”说着双手还摸了一下自己的肚子。
交涉过程中,陆某予说:“这条路是其公司修的,我们公司不差你这个客户。”他还称,让罗先生出不了桂林 。
直到当晚8点14分,等了近2小时后,罗先生才从这里经人工通道上高速公路。
涉事员工被开除
12月20日上午,桂林港建高速公路公司总经理助理、纪委副书记李键告诉南国早报记者,事发后,公司立即介入调查。

为何罗先生的车没办ETC就不能上高速呢?
对此,李键解释:根据上级相关部门要求,收费站上下各保留一条人工车道,说准确点是保留ETC和人工混合车道,也要装ETC设备,还要全国联调。
到了明年1月1日,ETC车辆和非ETC车辆都可以经混合车道上高速。但涉事的收费员解释时态度差,文明服务意识淡薄。
19日晚上,该公司决定,收费班长陆某予工作态度差,与司机发生争吵,还多次使用服务禁语,对其以开除处理。该收费站站长廖某管理不严,免去其七星收费站站长职务,降级为副站长。
