【白刚玉简介】

       白刚玉以工业氧化铝粉为原料，于电弧中经2000度以上高温熔炼后冷却制成，经粉碎整形，磁选去铁，筛分成多种粒度，其质地致密、硬度高，粒形成尖角状。

       白刚玉适用于制造陶 瓷、树脂固结磨具以及研磨、抛光、喷砂、精密铸造（精铸用刚玉）等，还可用于制造高级耐火材料 ，代号“WA”于国际通用标准、国家标准一致，多数供出口，也有一定量供应国内用户。

产品粒度按国际标准以及各国标准生产，可按用户要求粒度进行加工。通用粒度号为 F4~F220，其化学成份视粒度大小而不同。突出的特点是晶体尺寸小耐冲击，如果用自磨机加工破碎，颗粒多为球状颗粒，表面干洁，易于结合剂结合。

【白刚玉密度】

       密度分为两种，一是白刚玉堆积密度，二是白刚玉真密度。   

       堆积密度为：1.53~1.99g/cm3，磨料的堆积密度与磨料的粒度，粒度组成，品种，颗粒形状等因素都有关，一般来说，粗粒度磨料比细粒度磨料堆积密度大，混合粒度磨料的堆积密度大于单一的粒度密度。   

       颗粒密度为：3.95~4.0g/cm3，精铸用刚玉真密度4.1g/cm3，磨料的真密度是指单位体积（排除开气孔的体积）内所含磨料的质量。   

       基本粒度为：45%~55% ，基本粒度是保证研磨效果的重要指标，在生产时应可以适当控制，但生产速度可能放缓。
