1、摇臂钻床加工时，操作人员将大型工件用行车或者手动搬入设备进行摇臂钻床加工。设备在旋转过程中需要操作人员近距离观察加工情况。

相关人员及危险点/ Related personnel and dangerous points:

A.操作人员在操作时无保护，手臂及躯干极易碰到高速转动的钻头，钻伤手指。高速运转的转头，飞溅的火花，可将人脸，眼，手等其他部位伤害。

There is any protection while operation,arms and bodys may easily touchthe highly rotational drills , highly-moved drills, splashing sparkles maycause harm to faces,eys and hands .  

安全方案/Safety scheme

1、可在设备左侧安装立钻专用防护罩（内置互锁功能，如在操作过程中防护罩不使用，设备将无法启动。）

Could install dedicated protection cover at the leftside of radial drilling(with interlock function,if operators don't use  the protection cover while operation,thefacility can not start  )

2、通过保护罩PC玻璃可以完全清楚地观察操作点。操作罩可以在符合不影响工作的位置放置，侧面可左转打开，在更换刀具或者模具的时候容易操作，亦可上下升降调整防护高低。（适合中型摇臂钻床）

Operators could observe operation point clearlythrough PC glasses,This cover can be settled at the position which doesn'tinfect operation; The side can be open from left ，you can easily change cutters orpatterns, also can  adjust the length upand down( Suitable for medium radial drilling)
